Click Recorder Studio is designed as a local Windows desktop automation tool. This policy explains what information may be handled during download, support, purchase, and activation.

Local app data

Current builds store workflows, captures, settings, logs, and license data locally on your PC. Your workflows and screenshots are not automatically uploaded by the app.

Activation and support data

During the launch period, activation is handled manually. To activate, you may send your Machine Code, PayPal payment email or order reference, and support details to [email protected]. This information is used to verify payment, generate an activation code, and provide support.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. Click Recorder Studio does not receive or store your full card or bank details. PayPal may process information according to its own policies.

Website and downloads

The website may receive standard hosting logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and download requests through the hosting provider. These logs are used for basic security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only when needed to operate the website, process payments, provide support, comply with legal requirements, or protect against abuse.

Your choices

You can contact support to ask about activation/support records connected to your email address. Avoid sending private screenshots, passwords, financial information, or sensitive workflow captures unless they are necessary for support.
